Caramelo
Caramelo is our second collective project, which we started in the quest for a perfect, equilibrated cup. The idea behind it is to create a cup that is classic enough to draw a big smile on the face of a whole specter of coffee lovers and also funky enough to satisfy even the most demanding segment. In order to achieve that, we strive to prepare a unique blend of the finest naturally processed lots from various small coffee farmers from the Caparao mountains. Our paramount here is to offer to you indeed a distinct interpretation of the beautiful Caparao mountains terroir. And yes, the idea is to craft it better every year.

Coletivo
Coletivo is our first collective project in the Caparao mountains focused on superior quality and sustainability. The idea behind has been to source small farmers that are willing and able to produce superior natural processed lots. With predominant notes of chocolate and nuts, gentle citric acidity, and medium body, it is complex enough to allow roasters to play with it in the drum and interpret it their own way. As such, Coletivo is adequate as a stable, chocolatey base for your blend but can also be used as a single origin.

Topaz
Topaz is a collective lot of yellow honey processed coffee lots sourced at the foothills of the incredible Pedra Azul mountain in Espirito Santo. So it is the only coffee in our offer that is beeing produced outside Caparao mountains. The name Topaz reflects his homeland. Pedra Azul literally means Blue Rock. Besides that, the Topaz cup is clear and vibrant. Just like the topaz stone. We love it for its clean chocolate profile, medium body, and beautifully equilibrated acidity and sweetness. Surely our favorite between early harvested specialty coffees here in Brazil.
